We visited this fishing village for lunch. It was 10 miles up the coast on Hong Kong Island. Lots of fishing boats, waterfront restaurants, locals on holiday. The fish markets had some weird items. Those clams were 16" long and nothing I wanted to eat. We decided eating seafood in Asia is a lot like dissecting class in biology. Nothing is ever shelled, filleted, skinned, etc.Its a lot of work, especially with chop sticks. We were the only westerners in town.
Those clams are disgusting looking. Actually, it all looks pretty gross.
