1st morning

I was up a dawn and walked the beach to town, really just a group of small houses. The local fisherman were prepping their boats for a few hours of fishing. They seemed friendly but ignored me. Although the island has no power, our little resort has a generator ( and wifi !!) The two larger white boats are the resorts dive boats, the other is a typical fishing boat with a tiny engine with a long propeller shaft easily adjusted to shallow depths over the coral, Our mahogany cottage is very nice , with a wonderful front porch overlooking the beach and volcano
