Australian final notes

  We now understand why young people immigrate here. Friendly people, great weather,  lots of jobs, minimum wage is $20/hr, lots to do, strangers say hello, everyone is anxious to be helpful. 

  The wildlife and fauna  is so alien, we were always impressed how different things are.That black and white Ibis and lizard ( 3 feet long ) are seen everywhere, including city streets. We had a picnic in a city park and I started feeding the birds, an amazing group of song birds showed up. 

  

We loved Australia, the people , the food, the environment. We will return for a longer visit.
