Cooking class

The evening of our sampan trip, we arranged for cooking lessons . They had all the ingredients ready for us . We made spring rolls, a kind of crepe, and boiled fig salad. It was fun and tasty. The crepe had pork in it, ( and a quail egg ), the spring rolls had shrimp. Everything was either deep fried or stirred fried in soya oil.
